1. Who we are

WeTech, Learning, Technology & AI is an organization based in Popayán, Cauca, Colombia, focused on learning design, teacher training, artificial intelligence consulting and educational innovation.

2. Your account

• You can sign up with your email or sign in with Google, Microsoft or GitHub.
• The information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and the activity that takes place in it.
• You can request the deletion of your account at any time by emailing our contact address.

3. Acceptable use

When using the platform you agree not to:

• Use it for illegal activities or to infringe the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data or systems.
• Share your access to courses or materials with people who are not enrolled.
• Post or send offensive, misleading or malicious content.

4. Courses, events and services

The specific conditions of each course, workshop, event or service (dates, fees, certification and cancellations) are stated on its page or in the corresponding proposal, and prevail over these terms where specific.

5. Intellectual property

The site content, course materials, the WeTech brand and its logos belong to WeTech or their authors. You may use them for your personal learning, but you may not copy, distribute or sell them without written permission.

6. AI-generated content

Some platform tools use artificial intelligence. Their results are for guidance only and may contain errors, so you should review them with professional judgment before using them.

7. Limitation of liability

We provide the platform as is and work to keep it running continuously and securely, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, WeTech is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site.

8. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will publish the current version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
